reepot Laser
Freckles and age spots that appear on the skin are caused by excessive accumulation of melanin pigment in specific areas. reepot Laser treats by selectively breaking down unwanted pigments using laser energy that reacts to melanin. The key is to minimize damage to normal skin and selectively target pigment lesions, allowing for more even improvement of pigmentation while minimizing surface skin damage.
Treatment and recovery times vary by individual.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is lentigo removal so challenging?
When skin is exposed to ultraviolet rays for long periods, melanin cells are produced in abundance to protect the skin. Excessively produced melanin pigment leads to various pigmentation disorders. In the case of lentigo, unlike other conditions, it is mainly concentrated deep in the basal layer of the epidermis and extends into the papillary dermis. Thus, even if pigment is removed with standard lasers, it can regrow, making pigment recurrence likely. Also, as lentigo worsens, melanin cells proliferate toward the papillary dermis, forming irregularly shaped, indented pigmented areas, making treatment even more challenging.
What is the treatment interval?
While this can vary depending on the patient's condition, in most cases, satisfactory effects can be seen after 1–2 treatments.
I was told I need to keep a DuoDERM on for 2 weeks after treatment. Is it necessary?
Unlike conventional lasers, the lentigo pigment comes off with the DuoDERM after Ripat Laser. The procedure will be explained after medical evaluation, so please inquire for more detailed information.
How is the pain?
When the product's handpiece touches the skin, you may feel a cooling sensation due to the skin cooling action. Since pain is minimal, anesthesia is generally not required, but in sensitive patients, a local anesthetic cream may be applied before treatment.
What is VSLS technology?
Ripat's key technology involves cooling the skin and then applying the laser, which protects the blood vessels and enables high-energy laser delivery in a short period.
