If You Have These Concerns

For those stressed by excessive thigh fat For those whose specific areas are less developed than others For those who want to remove stubborn saddle bags For those concerned about how clothes fit For those whose faces look large due to a double chin

You Can Expect These Changes

1 Arm: For arms with a wide range of motion, it is not about aspirating the maximum amount of fat, but performing liposuction that considers multi-directional movement and the shape of the muscles to create a smooth arm line without the muscle contours standing out. 2 Abdomen: Abdominal liposuction is not just about reducing abdominal size; it is important that the curve from the top to bottom of the abdomen connects smoothly. In the side view as well, the line connecting the back and buttocks needs to be smoothly contoured during surgery. 3 Buttocks: The upper part of the posterior thigh fat supports the buttocks, so excessive aspiration can lead to sagging and overlapping folds (banana fold). Therefore, a three-dimensional liposuction method is needed to create a slim line while preventing buttock droop. 4 Thigh: The completeness of thigh liposuction is in reducing the size while making the proportions look better. Leart Liposuction focuses on body contouring sculpture that makes legs look longer and slimmer from 360 degrees.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I return to daily activities and exercise after liposuction?

You can return to light daily activities or work about 2–3 days after liposuction. Light walks to help with swelling are recommended right after surgery. However, strenuous exercise such as gym workouts, Pilates, or swimming—activities that produce a lot of sweat—should only be gradually started from 4 weeks after stitch removal, when tissue stability is achieved, for safety.

Can liposuction be performed separately on specific concern areas such as the abdomen, thighs, or arms?

Yes, it is possible. 4EVER Plastic Surgery offers customized procedures allowing you to selectively remove fat only from desired areas such as the abdomen, thighs, or arms, according to your individual body type. Only the pure subcutaneous fat layer is carefully contoured in balance with your body structure, removing unnecessary fat and creating a natural body line.

I'm worried about scars after liposuction. How are scar prevention and postoperative laser care managed?

Minimally invasive incisions are made in inconspicuous locations, such as inside the underwear or bikini line, to reduce scar concerns. After surgery, our dedicated aftercare center provides systematic laser and scar care programs, carefully managing the incision area for recovery to smooth skin without traces.

Must I wear compression garments after liposuction? How long should I wear them?

Wearing compression garments is recommended to help maintain skin elasticity and prevent floating of the skin. In general, 24-hour wear is recommended for the first 1–2 months after surgery until the skin tissues stabilize, then the period can be individually adjusted according to the amount of fat removed, skin elasticity, and recovery (may vary by individual).

How long do surgical scars last?

Stitches are usually removed around 2 weeks after surgery, and the remaining red marks generally fade gradually over 3–6 months. From around 5–6 months post-op, we provide whitening and scar laser care for further aftercare.

After liposuction, will I regain weight or have rebound effect?

Liposuction reduces the number of subcutaneous fat cells themselves, so the risk of rebound in the treated areas is relatively lower (may vary by individual). However, if you gain excessive weight or live irregularly after surgery, the remaining fat cells can increase in size, so we recommend consistent diet management and light exercise to maintain the slim line (may vary by individual).
